বর্ণমালা কিবোর্ড ব্যবহার করলে আপনি এই শর্তাবলি মেনে নিচ্ছেন।
যেমন আছে তেমন
কিবোর্ডটি যেমন আছে তেমনভাবে দেওয়া হয়, কোনো নিশ্চয়তা ছাড়া। শব্দ সাজেশন, কণ্ঠে লেখা আর হাতে লেখা কখনো কখনো ভুল হতে পারে। কিবোর্ড নিজে থেকে আপনার লেখা কখনো বদলায় না; তবু পাঠানোর আগে লেখাটি একবার দেখে নিন।
দায়
আইন যতটা অনুমতি দেয়, এই কিবোর্ড ব্যবহারের ফলে কোনো ক্ষতি বা তথ্য হারানোর জন্য নির্মাতা দায়ী থাকবেন না।
অন্যদের সেবা
কণ্ঠে লেখা ফোনের কণ্ঠ-শনাক্তকরণ সেবা (সাধারণত Google) দিয়ে, আর হাতে লেখা Google ML Kit দিয়ে কাজ করে। এগুলোর ক্ষেত্রে সেই সেবার নিজের শর্তাবলিও প্রযোজ্য।
শব্দতালিকা
শব্দ সাজেশন উন্মুক্ত লাইসেন্সের তথ্য দিয়ে তৈরি। উৎস ও লাইসেন্স কিবোর্ডের সেটিংসের “শব্দতালিকার উৎস” অংশে আছে।
ঠিকভাবে ব্যবহার
কিবোর্ডটি আইন মেনে ব্যবহার করুন।
গোপনীয়তা
আপনার তথ্য কীভাবে রাখা হয়, তা গোপনীয়তা নীতি পাতায় আছে।
পরিবর্তন
এই শর্তাবলি বদলালে নতুন সংস্করণ অ্যাপে আর এই পাতায় দেখা যাবে, ওপরের তারিখসহ।

As it is
The keyboard is provided as it is, without any warranty. Word suggestions, voice typing and handwriting can sometimes be wrong. The keyboard never changes your text by itself; still, check what you wrote before sending it.
Liability
As far as the law allows, the maker is not liable for any loss or damage, including lost text, from using this keyboard.
Other services
Voice typing uses the phone's speech service (usually Google), and handwriting uses Google ML Kit. Those services' own terms also apply to them.
Word lists
Word suggestions are built from openly licensed data. The sources and licences are in "Word list sources" in the keyboard's settings.
Fair use
Use the keyboard lawfully.
Privacy
How your information is kept is described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version is shown in the app and on this page, with the date above.
